  The product which is novel structure, safe and reliable, advanced technology, a new fully functional hot water circulation system.we don’t need release a lot cold water of pipe any more.The water at any one point,we should open the hot water tap for 3 Seconds (start circulating pump),immediately turn off the machine to cycle heating the cold water of the pipes, cold water pipes heated to the set temperature, Automatically stop heating (heating process takes tens of seconds to 2 minutes). Any water at this time point and then open the faucet,that is hot Water supplied .

Function of the  Gas water heater heating system.

1, the temperature setting function: to set the desired temperature, the system sensor signals to the user demand for water, and immediately start the circulating pump, driving water heater to heat water in the cold water to the set temperature. Meet different needs.
2, wide temperature settings: water temperature in the range of 25-70 °C free setting.
3, hot water circulation heating function: when using ,open any hot water point for 3 seconds then turn off .tens of seconds to 2 minutes, then open any hot water tap point, the hot water will be out , So do not release all  cold water of the pipe.
4,over-time protection function: When the circulation pump running for 30 minutes has not yet reached the set temperature, the circulating pump to stop working.
5, economical and practical features: A, to save cold water of hot water pipe; B,Saving a lot of time to release the cold water of the pipe; C, when we need to use hot water ,it will work ,it won’t waste any energy.
6, leakage protection function: When the system has a leakage phenomenon, leakage protection function is activated, cutting off the power.
7, antifreeze function: When the system temperature is lower than 3 °C, the system automatically starts the circulating pump, driving water heaters heating, when the temperature reaches the set temperature  , the circulating pump will stop working.
8, fault code display function: failure, fault code display good for fault diagnosis and repair.

 

How to work ?

1. Function key :3
a) Press "ON / OFF", said circuit switch <middle button>.
b) Press "  " turn down the set temperature "<on the left button>.
c) Press "  " turn up set temperature "<on the right button>.
2. Usage:
a) be connected to the mains.
b) Press the "switch" button to start the circulation pump, after 5 seconds later, we should check the water flow switches, flow switches connected, The pump will continue to work, flow switches off, the circulating pump to stop working.
c) Press "  " button and the "  " button, set the appropriate water temperature (system hot water temperature is 40 °C,  Can choose between 25-75 °C).
d) please close the mains and power ,if you don’t use for a long time .but in winter or antifreeze in the season,you can’t not close the mains when the temperature is lower than 3 °C  , The circulating pump starts automatically when the system is heated to set temperature. Then stop the heating

3. With features and screen displays:
a) the power is turned on, the buzzer three times, the screen displays real-time temperature, the default setting temperature 40 °C.
b) Press "ON / OFF" button, the buzzer rang twice, circulation pump to start working.
c) Press "  " button or press "  " button to set the desired temperature, the buzzer sounds one time for all the temperature up or down1 °C, screen displays the set temperature and real temperature, open the inlet valve, the system automatically selects the appropriate heating power, resorted to a constant water temperature automatically at a set temperature, constant temperature deviation of 1 °C. .
